Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Standard shipping is $7.99, or free on orders of $35 or more. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for $45 for our preowned items only.
- Estimated delivery dates are a guide, not a guaranteed arrival date.
- Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and high shipping volumes may cause delays.
- Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipping notification is sent.
Lost/delayed/damaged packages
- If your delivery is delayed or tracking stops updating, please contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check around your delivery location and with household members, then contact us for assistance.
- We’ll review delivery issues with the supplier or carrier and communicate the next steps.
