Shipping policy

We process orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the selected shipping method.

  • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
  • We ship domestically within the United States.
  • TE&A Treasures is not responsible for damage, delays or missing items caused by the carrier or customs.

Shipping Rates (Domestic)

  • USPS Ground Advantage — $7.99 flat fee | Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express — $45.00 | Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
  • Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on orders over $35

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shop@teatreasuresresale.com so we can assist in locating your shipment.
